Youth AID Uganda is governed according to the 2001 constitution which provided for the Annual General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the secretariat.

The General Asembly

 

The General Assembly is the supreme policy making body of the organization.

 

The Board of Directors

 

The Board of Directors is the policy formulation and supervisory unit of the Organiation.

 

The secretariat

 

This is the technical and implemention arm of the organization.

 

Membership

 

Membership of the Youth AID Uganda is open to all Ugandan youth that subscribe to its constitution and objectives. A youth according to the Ugandan definition is a person within the age bracket of 12 to 30 years.
